Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. Parcelogic has no account and no own servers. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted too.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings in the game and tap “Ad privacy settings”. On iPhone you can also change tracking permission under iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Can I play without ads?
Videos are always optional and give a bonus. Short ads between levels appear at most every few minutes from level 10 on.
A level seems impossible.
Every level is verified solvable. Use Undo, a hint, or the extra pallet – and don't forget that a parcel can always go onto an empty pallet.
