2. In short
- Parcelogic has no user accounts and no servers of its own. Your progress, settings and in-game coin purchases are stored only on your device.
- The app is funded by ads from Google AdMob. For this, data is sent to Google – personalized ads only with your consent.
- We do not collect personal data ourselves and do not run any analytics.
3. Data in the app
Local save. Level progress, coins, stars, stamps, truck items and settings are kept in a file on your device and never leave it (except through an iOS backup you set up with Apple).
Time of day. The in-game lighting follows your device clock. The time is used locally only.
4. Advertising with Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), to show ads in the app (optional reward videos and short breaks between levels).
Google processes in particular: device and advertising identifiers (e.g. Apple's IDFA if you allow tracking, otherwise an app-scoped identifier), IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and system information (model, iOS version, language), interactions with ads, and diagnostic and crash data of the ads SDK.
Consent (GDPR). On first launch in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK the app shows a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform). Personalized ads and storing or reading information on your device happen only based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). If you decline, Google shows at most non-personalized or limited ads; any processing still required for that (e.g. fraud prevention, frequency capping) is based on our legitimate interest in funding a free game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the game under Settings › “Ad privacy settings”.
App Tracking Transparency. On iOS the app may separately ask for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps. Without it, Google cannot access the IDFA. You can change this any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
International transfers. Google may transfer data to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.
More: Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from partner apps. Ads are limited to content rated “G”.
5. App Store
Downloads, updates and ratings are handled by Apple's App Store under Apple's privacy policy. We only receive aggregated, anonymous statistics from Apple.
6. This website
The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.
7. Email
If you email us, we process your address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when no longer needed.
8. Children
Parcelogic is not directed at children under 13. Ads are nevertheless limited to generally suitable content.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. As we do not store personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are usually directed to Google; we are happy to help. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.
10. Changes
We update this policy when the app or the law changes. The version published here applies.
